We begin with an initial consultation and assessment  to discuss your firm's goals and needs. From there, we create a customized plan and proposal for services to support your objectives. The proposal will contain a summary of agreed upon objectives, services, deliverables, the associated timeline and pricing.

Engagements may be project based with a specific scope, deliverables and timeline, or may be retainer based where clients reserve a certain number of hours per week/month for advisory services and recommendations. Hourly and daily engagements with a specific agenda/topics are also available. Rates are  $350 per hr (2 hr min), and $1,950 for a full day. Services may be delivered virtually or in person (plus travel and expenses).  Services may be targeted to individual business functions (e.g. go-to-market strategy, talent based hiring, sales and revenue operations, etc.) or be part of a tailored engagement across multiple functions (e.g. early stage roadmapping), based on your needs. A written proposal and agreement is provided prior to each engagement to confirm the agreed upon scope (including prep time and research), and pricing.
